The 2022 VET Student Experience Survey: prize draw terms and conditions.

Method of entry
Entry is open to respondents of the 2022 VET Student Experience Survey. To enter, those invited to complete the 2022 VET Student Experience Survey must complete the survey online at www.ncver.edu.au/VETStudentExperienceSurvey.
Duration of entry period
The total entry period for inclusion in the Prize Draw is from survey launch on 12th October 2022 to 11.59pm AEDT on 4th November 2022. Four prize draws will occur during this period, with the following schedule:
- Respondents who complete their survey before 11.59pm AEDT on 14th October 2022 will be entered into prize draws #1 - #4 and will be eligible to win a prize in each draw.
- Respondents who complete their survey before 11.59pm AEDT on 21st October 2022 will be entered into prize draws #2 - #4 and will be eligible to win a prize in each draw.
- Respondents who complete their survey before 11.59pm AEDT on 28th October 2022 will be entered into prize draws #3 and #4 and will be eligible to win a prize in each draw.
- Respondents who complete their survey before 11.59pm AEDT on 4th November 2022 will be entered into prize draw #4 and will be eligible to win a prize in the draw.
Details of prizes and prize values
The first four entries drawn in each of the four prize draws will receive a $250 prepaid VISA gift card. The total value of the prize pool is $4,000.
Date, time and place of draw
- Prize Draw #1 will be conducted at 2:00 pm AEDT on 17th October 2022.
- Prize Draw #2 will be conducted at 2:00 pm AEDT on 24th October 2022
- Prize Draw #3 will be conducted at 2:00 pm AEDT on 2nd November 2022.
- Prize Draw #4 will be conducted at 2:00 pm AEDT on 7th November 2022.
All draws will be conducted at Level 5, 350 Queens St, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000. Winners will be identified through a random computer-generated draw.
Publication of winner names and unclaimed prizes
Publication of winner names
Winners will be notified by telephone or in writing via email within 2 days of the draw. The names and state of residence of all winners will be published online at https://www.srcentre.com.au/our-research/VETStudentExperienceSurvey/prize-draw-winners.
Delivery of Prizes
All prizes will be delivered within 6 weeks after the close of the Prize Draw.
Unclaimed prize draw
If any prizes are unclaimed after 3 months, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the above address. The winners will be notified in writing by email. The names of all winners will be published at https://www.srcentre.com.au/our-research/VETStudentExperienceSurvey/prize-draw-winners within 5 working days of the Prize Draw.
Privacy
Contact details will only be collected and retained by “the Trader” for the purposes of the prize draw only and will not be released or used for any other purpose. Except for the announcement of the winning entries, all confidentiality will be retained and records in relation to the draw will be destroyed within State and Commonwealth Government requirements.
