Description
This publication presents completion rates for nationally recognised VET qualifications, at the certificate I level or higher, delivered by Australian registered training organisations (RTOs) to students across both onshore (Australia) and offshore locations.
A VET qualification completion rate is defined as the proportion of VET qualifications that commenced in a given year that are eventually completed.
- Completion rates four years after commencement are presented for qualifications that commenced in 2018 and 2019.
- Projected completion rates are presented for qualifications that commenced in 2020 and 2021, estimated using a Markov chains methodology.
